Hayden and Ryan started Brave Step in 2025 after seeing firsthand how hard it could be for Sunshine Coast participants to find support they could trust.
The goal was simple: build a local team that is reliable, tailors support to participant's needs, and support individuals to grow and move forward.
Today, Brave Step supports participants across the Sunshine Coast and beyond, providing a range of NDIS-funded services tailored to individual goals and circumstances.

Meet the team
Our support workers are local, experienced, and chosen carefully. Everyone at Brave Step holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and current first aid certification.
